We provide creative strategy, design, and content services through a subscription-based model.
Details of the plans, deliverables, and timelines are available on our website and proposal documents.
2. Payments & Billing
All fees are billed monthly in advance via [Stripe / GoCardless].
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
You may cancel or pause your plan at any time before the next billing date.
3. Turnaround & Requests
Requests are handled one at a time, with typical turnaround within 48 hours (depending on complexity).
Revisions are included, within reason, for each active request.
4. Refunds
Due to the creative nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
You may pause or cancel for the following month at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final creative work belongs to you.
Drafts, working files, or AI-generated assets remain our property unless agreed otherwise.
6. Confidentiality
We keep all client information and projects strictly confidential.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
