At BREAD, we offer a flexible subscription model designed to fit your creative needs.
This policy explains how cancellations, pauses, and refunds work for all active plans.
1. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your client dashboard or by emailing info@breaddesign.co
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
You will continue to have access to your workspace and any remaining requests until that date.
2. Pausing Your Subscription
If you need to take a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling.
When paused, unused days or requests will be saved and reactivated when you resume.
You can pause once per billing period without penalty.
3. Refunds
Because all work is custom and begins immediately after purchase, subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.
However, if you experience an issue with billing or service delivery, please contact us at info@breaddesign.co within 7 days, and we’ll review the situation promptly.
4. Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically each month on the same date.
You’ll receive an email reminder before renewal, and you can adjust or cancel anytime before the next billing date to avoid being charged.
